A Very Special Gift From a Very Special Lady

I checked my snail mail box this morning, and inside was a lovely note from my friend, Cindy Forrester. Along with the note, was a package wrapped in tissue with a lovely piece of vintage lace lined with velvet tied around the package. Ooooooooh, what creation will THAT end up in/on?!

Well, look what was wrapped inside . . .

Here's an even closer view. Are these sterling silver vintage rhinestone earrings gorgeous or WHAT?!

If by chance you are new to my blog and missed the photos from the workshops I was honored to be able to take with this talented artist last October, you can go here and here. And if you would like to see more of Cindy's creations, visit her blog HERE!

And if you would like to own a piece (or maybe two, or three . . . ) of jewelry by Cindy, she has an etsy shop where she sells some of her fabulous creations.

Ooooh, and if you are lucky enough to go to Art & Soul in Portland, Oregon, Cindy will be teaching there this year! I can tell you first hand, you will not be disappointed!

Ok, I'm starting to sound like a commercial advertisement for Cindy Forrester or something - LOL! But really, this is a phenomenal young woman with a natural talent for metalsmithing, and just a true sweetheart. I knew from our e-mails prior to the workshops last year that I was writing to a new friend :)

Thank you again Cindy for such a lovely gift. Cyber hugs & kisses

Oh Sherry, those are beautiful. You have to wear them at the next convention so I can see them up close! Very very cool!
I also love your new banner. I always enjoy looking at all the details. So many fun and interesting things to see, especially the photos.
