The entries have been posted at Mind Wide Open. The entry with the most votes wins. So get over there and vote for me (Sherry Goodloe). Like I said . . . no shame in asking! (smiles).
Gail updated the rules yesterday. If you are uncomfortable with leaving your vote on her website, you can e-mail your vote for me to her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have entered a challenge on-line over at Mind Wide Open. All entries are being compiled and have to be in by midnight Monday. So here's where the *no shame* part comes in.
On July 8th all of the entry photos will be posted over on Mind Wide Open's website for judging. There will be no Random Number Generator, nobody pulling a name out of a hat, just good old fashioned *get your friends to vote for you whether they like what you've done or not!* LOL
So, with no shame, I'm asking that you, and anyone else you know, go over to Mind Wide Open and vote for my piece on July 8th.
Here's what I did. We all had to use the photo that is shown in my piece.
When I tried to print the photo any larger, it was too pixilated, so I made an artist trading card.
I used heavy black matboard for the base, trimmed out the sides with chenille and jute trim that I purchased from Mind Wide Open's shop on-line, I added a wooden laser cut crown to the top of her head and a piece of printed transparency at the bottom.
