The Jig is Up

Slang. It is hopeless; no chance remains.

Used in a sentence:  When Sherry looked at the calendar and saw that tomorrow was Monday, January 4th, she knew the jig was up.

Yep, it's back to "the day job" tomorrow.  It was fun while it lasted.

I have packed my pens and some blank cards in my purse.  So if I get lonely for my new obsession, it will be close at hand *smiles*.

Have an art-filled day!

Were you ears ringing today? We were talking vintage and your name came up! Cynthia managed to find a cute litle wooden vintage suitcase at some vintage shop. Can't wait to see how she alters it!

I don't know how much spare time you have in your day job, but I'm hoping that you have lots so that you can put that paper and pens to work!

Hi Sherry, First off, referring to your 1/1 blog on My Daily Bread, thank you for sharing that. There are many times I feel like I'm in the mist of spiritual warfare. I know that God is in control of everything but sometimes it can be hard. My bible study last year was on the book of James, it was incredible. Now, I cannot thank you enough for sending me the awesome ATC card. It's beautiful and was such a nice surprise. Lastly, I've been considering doing some Zentangles. I've never seen the style that you've created. Of course you're very unique. If you don't mind I'd love to put a pic of them on my blog and link it back to you. Everyone should visit your blog! Thanks so much again, Happy New Year! Hugs, Julie
