As we crossed the street to get to Paris to the Moon, the conversation went something like this:
Me: "OMG! Look at that bird cage! I wonder how much it costs?"
Linda: "Huuummm, maybe $150.00 - $175.00???"
Me: "Oh, I think it's probably $200.00-$275".
We cross the street and head straight for the cage. There's no price tag on it. I thought it must just be "for show" then.
Long story short, a little later when I was inside the front building, Linda ran into the store and whispered to me that someone had put a price tag on the bird cage.
One of the ladies we were with held onto the cage until I could get back out there. I immediately left the line I was in and headed outdoors to the cage.
I won't disclose what I paid for the bird cage, but let's just say that I didn't pay any sales tax and know I got a good deal!
When the Owner found out that someone had put that amount on the price tag? . . . well, he said to one of the ladies I was with that he would NEVER have sold it for that amount.
So what I'm saying here is that I'm even HAPPIER knowing that I got a really, REALLY good deal *smiles*.
Won't this look nice in my new digs in May?!
It's HUGE!

Okay, Sherry, what are you going to do to it??? I KNOW you have plans in mind....it is gorgeous just as it is, however!
Looks like the Pavilion at Brighton, England. PLEASE don't keep a bird in it (not that YOU would!). No wonder you were excited!
Sherry, it's beautiful!
