Awfully Big Art Adventure

Rosie & Linda's Awfully Big Art Adventure is having an Alter a Tin challenge .

This is the Tim Holtz/Paris-inspired-slide-topped-tin I collaged with decorative papers, Distressables and Doo-Dads.

I cut tiny pieces of fun foam and glued it to the bottom of the smaller doo-dads to give the tin some dimension. I used lots and lots of Judikins' Diamond Glaze on the outside as well as inside the tin. This is a photo of the tin's lid slightly pulled back . . .

I distressed the tin's paper pieces with Ranger's distress inks. LOVE those inks!
This is the tin with the sliding lid completely removed . . .

Do YOU have any tins just hanging around to be altered? Come join in on the fun!

Sherry love the vintage look you've achieved, and it's so lovely to read a description of how you did it. Great work and thank you for joining in our challenge.
