Just pause, take a deep cleansing breath and scream as loud as you can for at least 20 seconds. Won't help but it sure will wake everyone else up.

Things are happening so slowly, I think everyone except me is stuck on stupid...Can't they HEAR me??? lol! The cleansing breath does not work...totally disconnect for 24 hours then plug back in, lol!
