Photos From Friday at Genevieve's

Gen's Posole. . .
Gen's choice of desserts from
Rossmoor Pastries in Long Beach . . .
The pastries I chose from the same bakery . . .
And yes, there was supposed to be some crafting going on (which Gen did), but I spent my time eating and talking and eating some more.  I don't know what I was thinking when I got all of those pastries, but I figure I can space them out over the next 2 weeks right???

Thank you Gen for a wonderful day together!  I will be sure to ask when chemo and radiation will begin and end so I can enjoy your posole again! *smiles*

PS  And for those of you wondering . . . yes, I brought a nice size container of posole home with me!

That looks delish. I've got all the fixings and plan on making some myself. I was trying to decide whether it be menudo or posole and I opted for posole. Thanks for sharing.

Yum Yum, boy that looks good. I've done the same thing in going somewhere to make artwork and just end up talking and enjoying friends and food. Wishing you the best.
