Week No. 7 - Tinted Vision Fragments

I couldn't pass this week's challenge up over at Linda Ledbetter's Studio L3!  I mean REALLY, Fragments?!  And I love ANYTHING vintage!  So yes, I was up for the challenge *smiles*.
These challenges that Linda has been hosting are all about the techniques found in "A Compendium of Curiosities" book by Tim Holtz.  If you have the book, you can join in the challenge.
Reverse Side of Necklace - ink, rubber stamps,
tim's new tissue tapes!

However, if you don't have the book (what the heck are you waiting on?!), please understand why I won't be giving the techniques away here on my blog, ok?

Sherry, this Challenge has your name written all over it! I've been admiring your gorgeous work with Fragments (well, and everything else you make, too!) since I first found your blog, and you really are the undisputed queen... no, GODDESS, of this technique!

Your charms are stunning! The photos you used are wonderful and the technique enhanced them so beautifully. Someday, I'm going to take a class from you. For real!

Hugs,
Linda

Alex's Mom: You didn't leave a way for me to contact you, so I hope you come back here for my response. Those ARE Tim's Fragments. I'm guessing you must not know about the Fragments with the holes in them already. If you google Fragments, you will find them.

Thanks for stopping by!

This is just FAB!! I love absolutely everything about it! I also wanted to thank you for your sweet comment about the flat rate mail art. I would hate for anyone to do the same and then not be able to send it! But I have done it before successfully and hope to have no problems with this one. They put a lot of labels back on it, but other than that I was able to send it off no problem, yeah! Do check out my blog if you get a chance as I am having a big giveaway (that was the surprise!) Oh yeah baby! These are great. I'll be looking for Tim's book now so I can play even more!!! I have some alcohol inks, I hadn't even thought of using them on the fragments. Tim is very clever and so are you!!
