This is the top of the wall hanging
Remember this blog post from last week? Well, today I was catching up on the KC Willis workshops I've been taking and was inspired to do something with the coffee-stained cotton ticking and canvas fabrics that were sitting in a pile in the living room.
I've had those Four Agreements on my mind all week, so I thought I would use them to make a rustic wall hanging.
This is the bottom of the wall hanging
I added some hardware and mini safety pins to add to the rustic-look. The "agreements" were printed on cotton fabric that I tore and coffee-stained before adding to the piece.
And since this rustic look really isn't my style (I want to make one for myself that is vintage-laced-shabby-chic-ish to hang on one of my walls), I thought I would have a little giveaway here on my blog for THIS one.
So, if this wall hanging makes you say "huuumm, I know just where I could hang that" or "I should take that to work and hang it up in my office" or "I know somebody who might like a chance at winning this", then leave a comment on this blog post and/or tell a friend to stop by and enter.
Approximately 18" long and 7" wide
This give-away is open to any and everyone and will end on Tuesday, November 10th at midnight. I will use the Random Number Generator to select a winner to be announced on Wednesday morning, November 11th back here on my blog.

I had never heard of the 4 agreements until your post the other day and I immediately got online and reserved a copy of the original book to be sent to my local library. I hope to get it next week.

Sherry, it is beautiful, and everyone should have the four agreements in a prominent place in their homes. I'd love it...who wouldn't?
I have another friend who takes the Willis workshops and I've long admired her work. Think I better check it out myself.

Your created something really beautiful here Sherry. The Four Agreements are so simple and yet ... so challenging! Having them as a reminder in your wall hanging would be a true delight, thank you for the chance to be the lucky winner. Love the ticking and everything about what you've created!
throw my name in the hat!
OOOH! I could use a little handmade-by-you love!
Would be estatic to win this. I bought The Four Agreements when I heard about it from Ellen Degenerous on the Oprah show many, many years ago. Great book. Love your work.
